What is the promotion?

We are offering our consumers the chance to win a range of 2,650 prizes, plus every winner has the chance to claim a £/€4 coupon off TENA Silhouette Pants Plus.

How long is the promotion running for?

The promotion will be live from 03.09.18 – 17.02.19.

What packs of TENA will the promotion run across?

Is there an age limit for entry?

To enter the promotion you must be 18 years or over.

Do I need to buy a pack of TENA to enter the promotion?

Yes, you will need to purchase a promotional pack of TENA in order to find and redeem your unique code. The promotion is available on the above packs. There is an NPN entry route for entrants in Northern Ireland only.

Where can I buy a promotional pack?

You can buy a promotional pack of TENA in most major retailers, while promotional stocks last.

Entering The Promotion
How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion you must purchase a participating pack of TENA Lady.

On the pack you will find a promotional stopper, when you peel this back you will find your unique promotional code. You can enter this at www.tenawinextra.co.uk where you will be asked to provide your name, email and date of birth. You will then be asked to enter the promotional code and this will instantly reveal if a prize has been awarded.

For each code you enter, you will also have the opportunity to claim a £/€4 coupon off TENA Silhouette Pants Plus.

Internet access is required for entry into the promotion. There is no postal / telephone route, other than for Northern Ireland (please see full T&C's).

I have won a voucher. How and when will I receive this?

You will receive a voucher through the post, to your delivery address within 28 days.

I have won an e-voucher. How do I receive this?

You will receive an email containing your e-voucher within 28 days of winning.

I’m not in the UK or Republic of Ireland, can I still enter?

This promotion is running in the UK and Republic of Ireland only. Unfortunately, if you don’t live in these countries, you are unable to enter.

Is there a no purchase necessary (NPN) entry route for this promotion?

There is a NPN entry route for entrants in Northern Ireland only.

If you live in Northern Ireland, you can get an NPN code by contacting info@tenawinextra.co.uk. We will require proof of address before we can send out an NPN code.

Why do you need my details?

Should you win, we will need your contact details in order to deliver and fulfil your prize or coupon.

Will my details be passed on to anyone else?

No, the information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose of this promotion, unless you opted in to receive further communications from TENA.

Where can I find my promotional pack code?

You can find your promotional pack code by peeling the corner of the promotional stopper, found on your promotional pack. By peeling this back you will reveal your promotional pack code.

How will I know if I have won?

We will tell you instantly on screen if you have won a prize. If you reveal a prize, we will also send you an email confirmation detailing which prize you won with details on how your claim your prize.

How long have I got to enter the promotion?

Online entries for the promotion can be accepted between 03.09.18 – 17.02.19.

The promotional code isn’t working?

Please ensure that you are entering all of the 8 digits of your promotion code. If you are having difficulties with validation, please contact us here.

Is there a limit on how many times I can enter the promotion?

For each pack of promotional TENA purchased, you can make one entry to the promotion for the chance to win, as each unique code can only be used once.

Is there a limit on how many times I can claim a prize?

If you win a prize, you can only use your voucher / e-voucher to claim your prize once.

Can I choose which prize I get?

Prizes are randomly allocated and therefore cannot be changed.

Am I eligible to win any prize from this range?

Winning prizes will be randomly generated via open winning moments upon entering your unique code. All prizes are independently verified by an independent 3rd party, therefore you are unable to choose your prize.

How will I know which prize I have received?

Once you have entered your promotional code, you will instantly reveal on screen if you have won a prize. If you have won, the details of the prize will be shown to you there and then.

When will my prize be delivered?

Your prize will be delivered to the address provided via either email or post, this is dependent on the type of prize that you have won.

Can I transfer my for a cash equivalent?

No, the prize is as specified and cannot be changed to a cash alternative.

Will I get a notification of my prize confirmation?

An email will be sent to the email you provided confirming the prize you have won and your delivery details.

My TENA prize hasn’t arrived within 28 days, what should I do?

If your TENA prize still hasn’t arrived within 28 days please contact the TENA team here.

Issues / problems
Having trouble entering your code?

Please enter your code in the exact format that it is printed inside your promotional stopper. Make sure you have entered all characters; the codes include a mix of letters and numbers.

I have revealed my prize but have not received any further details, what should I do?

If you have revealed a winning prize, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this, then please check your Junk / Spam folders.

You should receive your prize within 28 days.

My computer/ the website crashed as I was claiming my prize, how will I know if I have entered the promotion?

If you try to enter your code again on the website, and a message appears to say ‘this code has already been entered’ this will mean your previous code has been entered successfully.

How can I claim my prize if I don’t have internet access?

As specified in all T&C's, internet access is required to enter this promotion (excluding Northern Ireland, where a No Purchase Necessary route is in place).

How can I claim my prize if I don’t have a computer?

Our website is mobile friendly so you will be able to claim your prize via your mobile device. Alternatively, if you visit your local library you will be able to use the computers available there.
